In my last post, I shared that I am beginning a 90 day fitness plan complete with consequences and rewards. As an extra layer of motivation, I’ve taken “before” pics. I’ve decided to share them in the hopes that this is the last time I will see this jiggly mass. Here goes nothing.

This will be a great journey for you and the photos will be motivation. I used to buy a bikini and hang it up to look at everyday and stay motivated. Fitness is definitely a lifestyle, but you can do it!

I finished insanity and haven’t worked out consistently since. BUT I met my goal weight!!!
