I love my family. As with any relationship, A and I have our ups and downs. I can say that my part in it has been due to my confusing love and loyalty with sacrificing Self. I am so very grateful that this is out in the open and we’ve been processing through this.
This past weekend was absolutely wonderful. We averted an argument and spent Saturday morning cleaning and getting ready for a birthday party. My beautiful babygirl looked like such a Big Girl. She’s more and more of a toddler each day. She even has enough hair to “do” now. She had a blast at the Princess and Pirate party and was KNOCKED OUT on the way home.
Today, A got us courtside tickets to the Liberty’s Opening game and it was an absolute blast. I swear I never want to sit in any other seats again. We were four rows back from the basket and could see everything. Plus, in those seats, they take your food order so no standing in concession lines. LA had so much fun too. She could be as loud as she wanted and no one would notice. However, can someone tell me who taught my babygirl to DIP CHIPS!!?? I ordered nachos and she was dipping it in the cheese and salsa like she’s been doing this her whole life. We got courtside tickets for LGBT game for the Liberty vs. Sparks in late July and I know we’re going to have fun. Oh yeah, I got A some Black Eyed Peas concert tickets for mother’s day, so we’ll be doing that too in August.
This is going to be a great summer!
Look at her! She does look grown in her sweater and dress. LOL@ her dipping chips.
