l.i.b.e.r.a.t.i.o.n. theory

love, life, and the pursuit of liberation

day dreams

(formerly known as not just the third Friday of the month)

I have delusions of sexiness

let’s be honest

I have visions of being the desirable one

THAT girl

the one who other women glance sideways at

the one whose knees you notice

the soft curve on the inside as your

I want you to notice where my neckline touches the back

of my right ear

and your eyes speak the lust your mother

taught you never to say

I don’t want to be pretty or safe or nice

I want to be fuckable

to all

to you

and I wonder if I ever was

and I know that now I am not

I make myself content that perhaps I will not be

but I still wonder

and my delusions persist

Perhaps it’s because I exhausted my mom jean supply in the early 2000s/late 90s. Thanks for the positive feedback though. A little goes a loooong way.

THIS IS HILARIOUS!!!!! I think he might say something about this although we have NO dress code to speak of. Currently the 5th grade lead is wearing sweats, a tie-dye shirt and flip flops. But her classroom management is amazing and she’s all about business.

Beautiful. To feel desired and sexy- despite the strife of life- that is what it’s all about. Thanks for sharing.
