love, life, and the pursuit of liberation
Over the next 31 days, I will be participating in the 31 Days to Reset Your Life challenge. I’ve spent the last two years pushing myself to finish grad school, be a good mom, be a partner in my relationship, and more. Now is the season for me to return to ME and move into the places that God will have me to. I have already received so, so many blessings and I can see more unfolding before my eyes. So why not use this time to catalyze that change?
I will be posting some of my responses to the daily challenge here. Others I will be writing elsewhere. The first assignment isn’t too provocative, so I’ll share. It is to decide on your personal mantra and to get a new notebook. I’m using a regular old word doc for right now, but I do have a personal mantra:
I’m choosing that one to remind myself that all the tools for my own healing are already inside of me. There is nothing wrong or broken. I AM because I’ve been chosen to BE. And that is enough.
